Regardless of the sport you play, Speed, Strength and Conditioning play a large part in ensuring your success.
As part of our After School program, this program provides professional development in Speed Training as well as Strength and Conditioning. It is included with the tuition or you can add it on to your existing After School program.
You will have 2 formal classes each week with Coach Tabarie Henry or Coach Lauren Loerch.
Coach Henry is a 2 time Olympic Sprinter and Coach Loearch is our Volleyball, Strength and Vertical Leap Coach.
Regardless of what coach your child has, they will experience the highest level of instruction. We provide multiple class options as early as 4 p.m. In addition to the weekly classes, you can also book private and semi private lessons with either coach.
